Due to a 2020 change in the state payment service provider, LAPELS assesses a fee for all credit card/ACH (e-check) transactions.:

• ACH payments are assessed a flat $3.00 service fee.
• Credit card payments are assessed a $2.00 service fee + a 2.5% merchant's fee.
• The fee amount and total is auto-calculated in the forms below when a dollar amount is entered.
• Checks and money orders have no service fee.


• Payments for applications, renewals, and reinstatements are to be done through the online licensure portal at https://lola.lapels.com.
